Claverton Healthcare PLC works with landowners and healthcare operators to provide sector-leading facilities for healthcare and long term residential care.

The company is run by Managing Director Leon Fear with his father Stephen Fear as chairman (please click here for full profiles). The Fear family has specialised in planning gain for over thirty years and has won approval for projects in a broad range of sectors, both residential and commercial.

With the importance of healthcare to today's society - and indeed economy - the family has established Claverton Healthcare PLC, which will be their prime focus over the coming years. Claverton's current UK landholdings are now approaching £200m, putting the company in an ideal position to take advantage of the growing need for healthcare facilities. The company aims to benefit local communities by providing very best standards of facilities and care to the growing population of over-65s, while providing jobs in the construction sector.

Claverton Healthcare has formed a number of strategic partnerships with companies with a proven track record of success in the sector. These include Andrew Wilson of the Andrew Wilson Partnership, who has managed the construction of over 300 care homes throughout the UK.
