Stephen Fear has spent most of his adult life working within the property sector. He has been a director of many companies and a consultant to various financial institutions advising on planning strategy.
With substantial interests within most areas of the property industry, Stephen concentrates most of his time on planning issues and is a specialist in green field sites and alternative class changes.
Dividing time between the UK, France and the USA, Stephen still finds time to grow the Claverton Brand with the declared ambition of creating a major healthcare business and providing state of the art facilities for the industry.
Leon Fear - Managing Director
Having joined the family business in 2002, Leon Fear has worked within most aspects of the property industry, including estate agency, property management and development.
From the age of 23 he has ran the Group's investment portfolio, and other parts of the extended Group's activities.
Now Managing Director of Claverton Healthcare PLC, and on the board of several other property companies, he aims to build Claverton Healthcare into a major healthcare facilities provider in the UK.
