With a C2 care use already in existence, Springfield House comprises two large buildings and one smaller mews building which Claverton plans to extend to cater for up to 60 new residents.The site is set in a tranquil residential area which has far reaching views over the Georgian city of Bath and extensive gardens. With Bath being high on every operator's list, Claverton feels that Springfield is perfectly placed to take up demand. In addition to the Springfield development, Claverton is also working on plans for another site in Bath it has recently purchased with a view to creating a 75-bed specialist dementia care home.
