Planning Permission has been granted for a 76 bed specialist care home - May 2009
Situated in the Otter Valley, near Exeter is the Grade 2 listed, former manor house, set within 5 acres of beautiful Devon countryside.
Plans are being worked on to redevelop the existing property together with a sympathetically designed new-build wing. The design is being worked on by leading award winning architects, KWL, who have provided a 60 bed care home facility.
Facilities will include a plunge pool, spa, library, hair salon and restaurant and cafe within the extensive refurbishment of the Manor House.
The project is due for completion Spring 2010 with a projected development value of £17M
