100 NEW JOBS CREATED IN BATH BY CLAVERTON HEATHCARE
Stephen and Leon Fear have continued to build their portfolio in Claverton
Healthcare by acquiring a 1.3 acre site in central Bath.
Claverton Healthcare is a leading national developer within the sector.
With a C2 care use already in existence, Springfield House also benefits
form having two large buildings and one smaller mews building which
Claverton plan to extend to cater for up to 60 new residents.
The site is set in tranquil residential area which has far reaching views
over the Georgian city of Bath and extensive gardens which will create a
secure and peaceful environment.
With Bath being high on every operators list, Claverton feel this site is
well placed to take up demand in addition to another site owned by the Fear
family on the other side of the city where they are currently working on
plans for a 75 bed state of the art specialist dementia care home. This will
create over 100 new jobs across the two sites.
