Springfield Nursery, Bristol
Located between Bath and Bristol is a 16 acre site, formerly used as a nursey growing centre until being purchased as part of a portfolio by a sister company during 2001.
Claverton Healthcare are currently working on plans to create a new care facility and local amenities on the site, likely to include a 90 bed care home, close care apartments together with a new local shop and municipal village green.
Anticipated completion during 2011 with a total project value of £27M.
